Return Policy: 

We appreciate your business and strive to offer quality products and services. Due to the nature of our business and the associated high shipping costs, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary, and our refund policy is designed to accommodate such instances.

Eligible Criteria For A Refund:

  • The product is damaged (We either give a full refund or resend the item)
  • The product is wrong color / size (We either replace the product or refund a part of the amount you paid)
  • The product’s shipment is delayed for an extended period of time for unknown reasons. (Please check your local post office before you open a dispute because in some cases the product has arrived and due to wrong shipping information is not delivered)

If your case meet the right criteria we can issue a partial or either a full refund.

Refund Process:

We aspire to your satisfaction with our products. However, in the event that your expectations are not met, we have outlined the following steps to begin the refund process.

Note: The customer must always provide pictures and in some cases a video for extra proof.

  • Please send an e-mail to our support team [email protected].From here on leave it to our capable hands
  • The amount of money will be returned to the registered credit card you made the purchase

When will you receive your refund?

  • After our team checks the information you have provided and decides that you are eligible for a refund you will get a notification when the amount of money transfers back to you.

Note: Give the process 4-5 days to be completed.

Why did you receive a deducted amount less than the refund amount?

  • Most of the banks charge a commission fee so we strongly recommend that you use PayPal.
  • The exchange rate changes every day so the amount you get might differ from the original refund amount.

You can check the above scenarios with your local bank to be sure.

 

Cancelation Process

  • If the product you ordered has already been in production or is sent you cannot cancel your order.
  • We give our customers 12 hours timeframe to cancel
  • Note: Due to changes in events (viruses, wars, natural disasters, etc.)The items might arrive late, damaged, or partially damaged.

Modification or Termination of return and refund policy:

Due to the shipping laws and Provider’s rules, we have the right to change our policy at any time.

Don’t worry! We always inform our customers of any change that might happen via e-mail.
